1. How to purchase our products
Select your titles from the list on the left. Each individual product page contains prices and ordering facilities.
Once you have selected all the titles you wish to purchase you can view your shopping basket or go straight to the checkout and place your order. Your order will then be processed and despatched by Australia Post within 24 hours.


2. Ordering without a Credit Card
Select the items you wish to order by adding your items to the basket. Fill in your name and address at the checkout continue until postage has been added to your order. Print this page and send it to us along with a cheque, postal order or money order for the full amount. Your order will then be despatched by mail within 24 hours of receipt.

3. Our Guarantee
We would never suggest the tapes will work for everyone all the time, and do not offer any quack guarantees as such. However they do work for most people most of the time, (See the "how the tapes work" info on the FAQ page). You can buy our tapes and CD's with the knowledge that the quality and effectiveness of each recording are second to none, that is the reason we are the market leaders of self help audio tapes and CD's.

We mail all orders in plain sealed jiffy bags, or small plain cardboard boxes for larger orders. If in the unlikely event your Tapes, CD's or Books arrive damaged in any way please return them with a note and we will replace them immediately. For the protection of copywrite only faulty items are returnable. Any item received faulty must be advised within 14 days and returned with the receipt.
